Common use of Information Control Clause in Contracts

Information Control. (a) The Company shall provide to the Contractor such information as is necessary for the Contractor to efficiently perform the Services under any Work Order in accordance with the terms of such Work Order and this Agreement. (b) In order to be entitled to the compensation set out in Article 3 hereof, the Contractor agrees to maintain records regarding the Services under each Work Order, as required and specified by the Company, and to provide reports to the Company concerning the Services provided under each Work Order, as may be reasonably requested by the Company. The Contractor further agrees that all such records and reports shall be and remain the property of the Company. The Contractor also agrees to maintain detailed and accurate records of the time spent in performing the Services under each Work Order, and to submit such records to the Company together with its invoices for payment under Article 3 hereof.
