Information from Third Parties Clause Samples

The 'Information from Third Parties' clause governs how information obtained from sources other than the contracting parties is handled within the agreement. Typically, it outlines the circumstances under which such third-party information can be used, disclosed, or relied upon, and may specify requirements for verifying its accuracy or obtaining consent before use. This clause helps clarify the responsibilities and limitations regarding third-party data, reducing misunderstandings and mitigating risks associated with relying on information not directly controlled by the parties.
