INFORMATION ON POSITIONS. 4.1 Where the Employer establishes a new classification or creates a new position within an existing class the Employer shall provide the Association with a copy of the job description and/or class standard, including bargaining unit status (if applicable) to the President of the Association. 4.2 The Employer shall provide copies to the President of the Association of position descriptions within or outside of the AMAPCEO bargaining unit within twenty (20) working days of receiving a written request from the Association.
