Information Provided to the Union. The Department of Budget and Management shall provide to the Union a list of information, to include: new hires, separations, promotions, transfers and reclassifications (including name, agency code, position numbers involved, classifications, grades, effective dates) for all bargaining unit employees. New hire employee information will be provided at the beginning of each month and will include actions processed during the preceding month. Other personnel actions listed above will be provided to the Union on a quarterly basis. The above information shall be provided in an electronic format convenient to the Employer. In accordance with SPP §3-208, the Employer shall provide, upon the written request of the Union, and within 30 days of a new employee’s hire date, for each employee in the bargaining unit represented by the Union: a. Name; b. Position classification; c. Bargaining unit; d. Home and work site addresses where the employee receives interoffice or US Mail e. Home and work site telephone numbers f. Work e-mail address; and
