The 'Information to the Union' clause requires an employer to provide relevant information to a labor union, typically regarding matters that affect union members such as workplace changes, employment terms, or organizational policies. Information to the Union. 8.1 The University shall send to the Union an electronic copy of this agreement.
8.2 The University shall provide to a duly appointed representative of the local union with access to a reporting tool through the human resources management system. The reports which will be made available will include: the names, addresses, telephone numbers, rate of pay, completed hours of work, contract dates, and e-mail addresses of each member in the bargaining unit.
8.3 The duly appointed representative of the local union must provide the Human Resources department with their University Online Identity (email) in order for the systems units to set up the appropriate access and security parameters.
8.4 The access to the reporting tool in the human resources management system will eliminate the requirement of providing the union with lists pursuant to the collective agreement, save and except the union dues listing outlined in Article 5 above.
Information to the Union. 20.1 The parties acknowledge that they are subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act with respect to personal information that is exchanged by the parties. Information provided to the Union is done so for the purpose of enforcing the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.
20.2 The Corporation, on a monthly basis following the close of the pay period corresponding to the last day of the month, will provide to the national office of the Union an electronic file or files containing the following point-in-time information for bargaining unit members on national payroll: Employee Name Employee ID Employee Title Employee Status Full-time or Part-time Status Employee End Date, if applicable City and Province of work Media Component Department Corporation Seniority Date Recognized Continuous Service Date Date of birth Pension date Classification Current salary Salary band Salary anniversary information Additional remuneration amount Temporary upgrade information in excess of four (4) weeks Language of communication Gender Employees on absence during the month including the reason for the absence (e.g. maternity/paternity leave, LTD)* Employees who departed the Corporation during the month including the reason for the departure* * Not applicable to per-occasion temporary employees
20.2.1 The following additional information will be provided relative to short and long-term temporary employees: • Hours/days worked in the pay period • Rationale for hire (i.e. 27.5 (a), (b) or (c) with details including backfill information, details re: special circumstance, etc.)
20.3 In addition to the above, the Corporation will provide to the national office of the Union the following information for bargaining unit members on national payroll: • Overtime record (upon written request) • Newly created positions, vacancies, and abolished positions
20.4 On May 1 and October 1 of each year, the Corporation shall provide an electronic file containing the name, current home address and home telephone numbers of CMG members on national payroll.
20.5 The Corporation will provide direct access to personal and freelance contracts through the corporate contracting system. See Letter of Agreement: Information to the Union.
Information to the Union. The Employer will provide to the Union a monthly listing of all approved personnel actions which involve bargaining unit employees.
Information to the Union. 16-5.1 The Board shall make available to the Union upon request and with reasonable time to respond any reasonable information, statistics, and records which are relevant to negotiations, grievances, or necessary for the proper and legitimate enforcement of the terms of this Agreement. A copy of the annual Audit and Budget shall be sent to the Union President when available.
16-5.2 The President shall be furnished a copy of the agenda of every Board meeting three (3) days in advance of each regular meeting and notice of a special meeting as well as resolutions duly adopted at the last meeting.
16-5.3 Form 31 and all supplements thereto and the public school budget prescribed by the Commissioner of Education under the provisions of Section 26, Chapter 7 of Title 16, General Laws of 1956, as amended, shall be delivered to the Union President no later than ten (10) days after the filing of such reports with the Department of Education. A copy of the itemized annual budget shall be delivered to the President of the Union within ten (10) days after approval by the Board.
16-5.4 Two (2) copies of any and all notices sent to teachers by the Board or by any of its administrative agents shall be sent to the Union Office. Also, two (2) copies of any and all job postings by the Board or by any of its administrative agents shall be sent to the Union office.
Information to the Union. 9.01 The Employer will forward to the Secretary of the Union at least once a month, the name, address and telephone number of all newly-hired employees who will be included in the bargaining unit. The Employer further agrees to inform the Union of the name of any employee in the bargaining unit leaving the employ of the Employer.
Information to the Union. Upon written request, the Board shall make available to the Union any records, reports, and other written documents which are relevant to the enforcement of this Agreement. Any such information which is not immediately available may be provided on a fee basis. A Union representative will meet with a Vice President, as designated by the President or designee, to arrive at a mutually agreeable fee.
Information to the Union. No later than March 1 of each year, VICE shall provide an electronic file with an up-to-date list to the national office of the Union that includes the following information for each employee: ● Name ● Home address and personal email address ● Work location ● Gender ● Classification/Position ● Department ● Employment status ● Date of hire ● End date (if any) ● Salary ● Participation in the benefits plans ● Any other monetary compensation, with description
Information to the Union. 12-6.01 The Company shall provide the Union with the following information:
a) An updated contact list of all Cabin Personnel employed by the Company on a quarterly basis. This list shall include the name, base, classification, equipment, employee number and contact information.
b) The Master Seniority List in accordance with Article 15 – Seniority.
c) A copy of the annual vacation award.
d) A monthly list of Cabin Personnel on unpaid personal leaves of absence.
Information to the Union. 25.01 All correspondence between the parties hereto arising out of this agreement, or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Director of Human Resources or designate, of the Corporation and the President of the Union or their designate, or as otherwise set out in the collective agreement.
25.02 The Human Resources Division will provide the Collective Agreement in printed and/or electronic format upon request. The Collective Agreement and amendments will be provided to the Union to post on all Union bulletin boards.
25.03 The Corporation will make all Corporate Policies that affect CUPE members readily accessible.
25.04 The Corporation will make the terms of benefit coverage readily accessible to all employees in printed or electronic format upon request and amendments will be distributed to all employees with the pay stub.
25.05 The Corporation will provide access to the organization chart to the President of the Union indicating the Department and Division’s supervisory structure. An electronic organization chart will be provided monthly.
25.06 a) The Union President or designate will be provided with electronic and hard copies of the following documents: Seniority Lists, Master JE Spreadsheet.
Information to the Union. Upon request, the Union shall be provided with a copy of any standards of conduct opinion or any waiver granted under the Governmentwide standards of conduct. However, when required by law to protect personal privacy or confidentiality, names, personal identifiers or other confidential information shall be deleted by Management.
