Information Regarding Consumers. ‌ The Union shall neither seek nor receive information from the Public Authority regarding the name, address, phone number, or any other personal information regarding consumers. Union representatives and Home Care Workers shall maintain strict standards of confidentiality regarding consumers and shall not disclose personal information pertaining to consumers obtained from any source unless the disclosure is compelled by the legal process or otherwise required by law. The consumer may consent to limited disclosure of information described herein and such consent may be withdrawn at any time and for any reason.
