Information True. All statements made by Optionor herein are true and correct to the best of Optionor's knowledge, and the information provided and to be provided by Optionor to Optionee hereunder does not and will not contain any statement which, at the time and in the light of the circumstances under which it is made, is false or misleading with respect to any material fact, or omits to state any material fact (which is known, or in the exercise of reasonable diligence by Optionor, should have been known) necessary in order to make any statement contained therein not false or misleading in any material respect;
