Common use of Initial Claim Clause in Contracts

Initial Claim. A claim for benefits under this Plan must be submitted to the senior human resources officer of PNM Resources (the “Human Resources Officer”). If the claimant is the Human Resources Officer, a claim for benefits under this Plan must be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of PNM Resources and the term “Human Resources Officer” as used in paragraph (1) below shall be replaced with the term “Chief Executive Officer.”
