Common use of Initial Contract Period Clause in Contracts

Initial Contract Period. The Contract shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire on 30 September 2015, unless extended pursuant to Clause 3., terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated.
