Initial Delivery. At the Effective Date, AJI shall deliver to the KK all the AJ Software and Development Tools in both Object Code and Source Code, and Documentation, solely for the purposes set forth in Section 4(a). The Source Code shall be delivered to the KK by delivery to the Source Code Work Facility, which the KK agrees constitutes delivery of the Source Code to the KK. AJI shall provide the KK with notice of the delivery and its location.
