Common use of Initial Formation Clause in Contracts

Initial Formation. The Board of Directors of Rolling Hills Public Charter School will consist of no less than five (5) and no more than seven (7) members, of whom three (3) may be parents at the Charter School. The Chair of the Advisory Board will sit on the initial Board of Directors for the first year of operation. The Advisory Board has elected the following individuals to serve as the school’s initial Board of Directors: *For additional information, please see attached resumes of Directors. RHPCS reserves the right to amend selection of the Board of Directors, as directed by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Two additional Directors may be added subject to the Bylaws of Rolling Hills Public Charter School, Inc. A State of Idaho criminal background check on the Chair of the Board of Directors will be provided to the Idaho State Charter School Commission prior to the opening of the school.
