Standard Certification Sample Clauses

The Standard Certification clause requires one party to formally affirm that certain statements, facts, or conditions are true and accurate as of a specific date. In practice, this often involves providing written confirmation regarding compliance with laws, the accuracy of financial statements, or the absence of undisclosed liabilities. By including this clause, the agreement ensures that both parties can rely on the certified information, reducing the risk of misrepresentation and supporting informed decision-making.
Standard Certification. After the completion of initial certification requirements, professional/technical faculty will be issued a standard certification. Standard certification is renewable every five (5) years. For renewal, the faculty member must provide documentation to their ▇▇▇▇ confirming completion of planned activity, and complete a revised professional development plan. The professional development plan must include: (a) faculty member and administrator identification of professional development activities for professional growth; (b) measurable outcomes and objective standards for measurement of skill standard achievement; (c) timeline for successful achievement of outcomes.
Standard Certification. After the completion of initial certification requirements, professional/technical faculty will be issued a standard certification. For renewal, the following requirements must be completed: (a) A teaching effectiveness plan as described in Article 810.3 must be maintained, and (b) of a minimum of five activities related to the goals in the teaching effectiveness plan and linked to skill standards must be completed. The activities completed in support of the teaching effectiveness plan shall equal a minimum of twelve (12) PDUs as outlined in the guidelines in Appendix A.
Standard Certification. The Board agrees to hire, whenever possible, fully certified teachers holding standard certificates issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners for every teaching assignment.

  • National Board Certification A teacher who receives or holds a valid National Board Certification will receive a five hundred dollar ($500.00) stipend in each year the certification is valid and the teacher is actively teaching in the area of certification.

  • COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATION 25.1 Each Party shall comply at its own expense with all Applicable Laws that relate to that Party’s obligations to the other Party under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring or permitting either Party to contravene any mandatory requirement of Applicable Law. 25.2 Each Party warrants that it has obtained all necessary state certification required in each state covered by this Agreement prior to ordering any Interconnection, Resale Services, Network Elements, functions, facilities, products and services from the other Party pursuant to this Agreement. Upon request, each Party shall provide proof of certification. 25.3 Each Party shall be responsible for obtaining and keeping in effect all approvals from, and rights granted by, Governmental Authorities, building and property owners, other carriers, and any other Third Parties that may be required in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. 25.4 Each Party represents and warrants that any equipment, facilities or services provided to the other Party under this Agreement comply with the CALEA.

  • SUBCONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS Any Contractor representations or certifications set forth in this Contract shall apply to subcontractors (at any tier) and Contractor shall not utilize any subcontractors (at any tier) who cannot provide such representations or certifications, excepting the certification to be registered with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk, unless Purchaser will pay such subcontractor directly.
