INITIAL LICENSING PROCEDURES. A. IFTA License Application Procedures 1. The motor carrier had a license issued by the Department revoked by the Secretary. 2. The motor carrier had a license issued by another IFTA member MXULVGLFWLRQ DQG WKH license is or has been revoked by that member jurisdiction or was otherwise cancelled. 3. The motor carrier has been convicted of fraud or misrepresentation. 4. The motor carrier fails to maintain motor vehicle registration on the qualified motor vehicle. 5. The motor carrier has been convicted of any other offense that indicates that the carrier may not comply with the motor carrier statutes. 6.
