The motor carrier has been convicted of fraud or misrepresentation. 4. The motor carrier fails to maintain motor vehicle registration on the qualified motor vehicle. 5. The motor carrier has been convicted of any other offense that indicates that the carrier may not comply with the motor carrier statutes. 6.
