Common use of Initial Meeting Clause in Contracts

Initial Meeting. The Provider shall meet with designated MPS officials within no more than ten (10) working days after the effective date of this Agreement to discuss all aspects of services to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement (“Initial Meeting”). Provider shall be prepared to discuss all aspects of the Management Plan and Report, outlined in § 2.2 and 2.3.2 of RFP 1098.
