Initial Member. Upon the admission of one of more Members to the Fund as of the date hereof, the initial Member of the Fund shall (a) receive a return of any capital contribution made by him to the Fund, (b) withdraw as the initial Member of the Fund, and (c) have no further right, interest or obligation of any kind whatsoever as a Member in the Fund.
