Common use of Initial Options Clause in Contracts

Initial Options. On or promptly following the Effective Date, Executive shall be granted stock options to purchase 640,000 shares of Common Stock subject to, and in accordance with, the terms of an award agreement between the Company and Executive, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C with an exercise price as described in the following Paragraph 3(c)(ii)(C) (the “Initial Options”).

(A) On or promptly following the Effective Date, Executive shall be granted stock options to purchase 640,000 8,000,000 shares of Common Stock subject to, and in accordance with, the terms of an award agreement between the Company and Executive, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C with an exercise price as described in the following Paragraph 3(c)(ii)(C3(c)(ii)(B) (the “Initial Options”).

On or promptly following the Effective Date, Executive shall be granted stock options to purchase 640,000 1,120,000 shares of Common Stock subject to, and in accordance with, the terms of an award agreement between the Company and Executive, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C with an exercise price as described in the following Paragraph 3(c)(ii)(C) (the “Initial Options”).
