Common use of Initial Order Clause in Contracts

Initial Order. Upon execution of this Agreement, and as a condition precedent to the validity hereof, DISTRIBUTOR shall submit a Purchase Order (as defined in Paragraph 9 to ASTC for an Initial Order of ASTC Products at the prices set forth on Exhibit "B" annexed hereto except that the first unit ordered will reflect a * * *% discount, units * * * will reflect a * * *% discount, and all future orders will reflect a * * *% as shown on Exhibit B. The said Initial Order is set forth as Exhibit "C" annexed hereto.
