Subsequent Orders. The acceptance of any order through Representative after the expiration or termination hereof shall not be deemed a renewal or extension hereof nor a waiver of expiration or termination; however, such order shall be governed by and handled in accordance with all the terms, conditions and limitations contained in this Agreement as if this Agreement had not been terminated.
Subsequent Orders. The Adobe Partner, on behalf of the Enterprise, will place subsequent orders for the Products and Services (including orders for additional or true-up licences) for the remainder of the Licence Term, by the deadlines indicated in clause 3.3(C) below.

A State Money Transmission Regulator, if deemed necessary under the laws and regulations of the corresponding Participating State, may issue a separate administrative order to adopt and incorporate the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A State Money Transmission Regulator may sua sponte issue such subsequent order without the review and approval of ▇▇▇▇▇ provided the subsequent order does not amend, alter, or otherwise change the terms of the Agreement. In the event a subsequent order amends, alters, or otherwise changes the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement, as set forth herein, will control.
Subsequent Orders. After the Initial Order for 2,000 Terminals ordered hereunder have been purchased, orders for additional Terminals shall be in writing and shall specify arrival dates of not less than 10 weeks from delivery of the order to Micronet. Micronet may, by written notification delivered to Teletrac within 10 working days of Micronet Receipt of a subsequent order, elect not to fill the subsequent order. If Micronet does not notify Teletrac of its election to not fill the subsequent order, the order shall be filled as described in this paragraph 1.3 and in accordance with the other terms of this Agreement. All subsequent orders shall be for at least 1000 Terminals per order. The prices set forth in paragraph 3.1 shall apply to subsequent orders, but shall be subject to an annual increase on each anniversary of the effective date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the increase in the U.S. Consumer Price Index ("CPI") over the prior 12-month period. Micronet shall use its reasonable efforts to expeditiously fill subsequent orders.

All orders shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. No additional or different provisions contained in [Distributor]'s purchase orders, [Company]'s sales acknowledgments or any other business forms shall be of any force or effect whatsoever unless agreed to in writing by the other party. [Company] does not have to accept [Distributor]'s orders.
Subsequent Orders. (a) Client will nominate one representative to whom Kaplan will give access rights to manage the Subscription Options in the Product, including the number of and relevant Users (‘Client Administrator’).
(b) Client Administrator may adjust the number of Users subject to the restrictions in clause 7.
