Initial Placement Sample Clauses

The Initial Placement clause defines the process and conditions under which a product, service, or asset is first introduced or delivered to a specified location or party. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of each party regarding timing, logistics, and acceptance criteria for the initial delivery or installation. For example, it may specify who arranges transportation, when the placement must occur, and what constitutes successful placement. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of how and when the initial handover will take place, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or delays at the outset of the agreement.
