Common use of Initial Planning Clause in Contracts

Initial Planning. i. Cofense will conduct a call prior to installation of Cofense Triage to discuss resource and information requirements required for performance of the Services. Additional such calls may be conducted as needed. ii. Customer will complete a questionnaire provided by Cofense concerning technical requirements. iii. Cofense will provide an agenda for the Implementation and Training described below.
