This typically involves outlining key objectives, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities, ensuring that all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the project's scope and expectations. By formalizing the planning process early, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, aligns efforts, and sets a clear foundation for subsequent work, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or delays later in the project.
