Common use of Initial Work Plan Clause in Contracts

Initial Work Plan. The Parties shall mutually draft and finalize, within forty-five (45) days after the Effective Date, an initial work plan describing the development of a Universal Cell Line, which shall be based on the draft work plan provided by Intrexon to Histogenics from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on July 8, 2014 (“Work Plan”). The Work Plan shall serve as a basis for the operation of the Program following the Effective Date, but may be amended and revised by the JSC and the Parties as set forth in this Article 2.
