Initiation of Work Sample Clauses
The Initiation of Work clause defines when and under what conditions a party is authorized to begin performing the contracted services or deliverables. Typically, this clause specifies that work may only commence after certain prerequisites are met, such as the signing of the agreement, receipt of a purchase order, or payment of an initial deposit. By clearly establishing the official start date and any required preconditions, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about when obligations begin and protects both parties from premature or unauthorized work.
