Inoculation or Immunization Expenses. The Employer agrees to pay all expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for the employee and for members of an employee's family when such becomes necessary as a result of said employee's exposure to contagious diseases where an employee covered by this contract has been exposed to said disease in the line of duty.

  • Transportation Expenses The reasonable and necessary expenses of transportation required in the performance of Superintendent’s official duties shall be reimbursed at the rate set by the Board for District travel.

  • Collection Expenses The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.
