Inspection of Accounts. The Member may, at any time during the Company’s business hours, inspect and copy any Company record at any of the Company’s offices.

Inspection of Accounts. Following any Event of Default hereunder which remains uncured after the expiration of any applicable cure period, Landlord shall have the right, upon fifteen (15) days prior written notice, to inspect and copy all of Tenant’s books, records and financial data relating to the Facility including, without limitation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s quarterly accounts receivable and payable. Tenant shall provide Landlord copies of all licensure and certification surveys conducted at the Facility.
Inspection of Accounts. 8.1 The Operator shall furnish the Council with a copy of its management accounts showing the projections for total Turnover every three (3) months the first to be provided fifteen (15) Working Days after [30 June [●]] and subsequent accounts to be produced within fifteen (15) Working Days of the end of each three (3) month period. 8.2 The Operator shall make available for inspection at all reasonable times by the Council and/or by any independent accountant appointed pursuant to Clause 7.6 the books, documents and records (computer or otherwise) which are or in the reasonable opinion of the Council ought to be kept by the Operator for the purposes of determining the total Turnover and the Turnover Fee or which in the reasonable opinion of the Council are or may be relevant for such purpose. 8.3 In addition and only where appropriate the Operator may be required to make these records available for inspection by the Council's own external auditors (the Northern Ireland Audit Office). 8.4 The Council hereby agrees with the Operator to keep confidential any books documents records and accounts supplied by the Operator pursuant to this Schedule, subject to the provisions of the DPA and FOIA.
