Inspection of File. Any bargaining unit member shall have the right to inspect his personnel file upon reasonable request and in the presence of an appropriate administrator or designee, and to obtain a copy or copies of such material at the employee’s expense. No anonymous complaint shall be placed in an employee’s personnel file.
