Common use of Inspection of Property Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Property. The Company will permit the holder hereof to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company and any other subsidiaries and their books and records and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of any of such corporations with the principal officers of the Company and such subsidiaries and their independent public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as such holders may reasonably request.

Inspection of Property. The Company will permit the holder hereof representatives of each Purchaser to visit and inspect inspect, at such Purchaser's expense, any of the properties of the Company and any other subsidiaries and their its Subsidiaries, to examine the corporate books and records make copies or extracts therefrom and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of any of such corporations the Company and its Subsidiaries with the principal officers of the Company and such subsidiaries and their independent public accountantsCompany, all at such reasonable times times, upon reasonable notice and as often as such holders Purchaser may reasonably request.
