Common use of INSPECTION PRIVILEGES Clause in Contracts

INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. The Union has a right to inspect and copy payroll records pertaining to employees performing bargained for unit work in relation to wages, overtime, holidays, vacations and all other fringe items. Employees shall have access to the Personnel Files and Evaluation Forms before or after working hours. Exception would be when a Business Agent is involved in adjusting a grievance.
