INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. 10.1 INSPECTION PRIVILEGES Authorized agents of the Guild shall have access to the Employer's establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to; provided, however, that there is no interruption of the Department's working schedule and with prior approval of the Chief of Police.
