INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. Section 17.01. Authorized agents of the Bargaining Unit shall have access to the Employer’s establishment during reasonable working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to, provided, however, that there is no interruption of the District’s working schedule.
