Inspection Procedures. The procedures set out in AFSC’s adjusting procedure manuals shall be used in the assessment of production and insurable loss of an Insured Crop. AFSC recommends the Insured or Authorized Representative accompany adjusters during on-farm inspections.
Inspection Procedures. The STATE and the MCO shall work together to develop reasonable procedures for the inspection of STATE documentation to determine the accuracy of payment amounts pursuant to Article 4.
Inspection Procedures. KDOT shall establish within forty-five days of the effective date of this Decree a set of inspection procedures for all Projects. KDOT shall memorialize these inspection procedures in a written guidance or similar document, and distribute the document to its field offices state wide. The procedures shall be binding on KDOT and all Responsible Contractors working for KDOT at all Projects. At a minimum, the inspection procedures shall include the following:
a. each Project shall have a storm water erosion control preconstruction conference before the start of construction activities. This preconstruction conference shall be attended by the KDOT Area/Metro Engineer, the WPCM, Environmental Inspector(s) for the Project, and any erosion control subcontractor (s). Minutes of the conference shall be kept.
b. each Project shall be inspected in accordance with the Permit by a trained Environmental Inspector;
c. a copy of the inspection report shall be provided to the Area/Metro Engineer and the WPCM within 24 hours of each stormwater inspection;
Inspection Procedures. 7.1.1 All work to be carried out on the Aircraft and all materials and parts thereof will at all reasonable times during business hours be open to inspection by duly authorized representatives of the Buyer or its designee at the respective works of the Associated Contractors and, if possible, at the works of their respective subcontractors, and such representatives will, to carry out the aforesaid inspection, have access to such relevant technical data as is reasonably necessary for this purpose (except that, if access to any part of the respective works where construction is in progress or materials or parts are stored is restricted for security reasons, the Associated Contractors will be allowed a reasonable time to make the items available for inspection elsewhere). The actual detailed inspection of the Aircraft, materials and parts thereof will take place only in the presence of the respective inspection department personnel of the Associated Contractors or their subcontractors. The procedures for such inspections will be agreed upon with the Buyer prior to any inspection, based on modifications to the Manufacturer's Quality Instruction document.
7.1.2 For the purposes of Subclause 7.1.1 above and commencing with the date of this Agreement until the delivery of the last Aircraft, the Seller will furnish free-of-charge adequate secretarial assistance and suitable, private and secure (with access limited and controlled by the Buyer in its sole discretion) space, office equipment, telecommunications (including telephone and facsimile lines and equipment for professional use only) and facilities in or conveniently located with respect to Aerospatiale's works in Toulouse, France, for the use of not more than six (6) (or more if reasonably necessary) representatives of the Buyer during the aforementioned period.
7.1.3 All inspections, examinations and discussions with the Seller's, the Associated Contractors' or their respective subcontractors' engineering or other personnel by the Buyer and its said representatives will be performed in such manner as not to unreasonably delay or hinder the work to be carried out on the Aircraft or the proper performance of this Agreement. In no event will the Buyer or its representatives be permitted to inspect any aircraft other than the Aircraft. The Seller will not permit, and will cause the Manufacturer not to permit, any representatives, employees, agents or personnel of any other airline or customer to inspect, or to ...

These representatives will have access to such relevant technical data as are reasonably necessary for this purpose (except that, if access to any part of the respective works where construction is in progress or materials or parts are stored is restricted for security reasons, the Seller, its Affiliates and relevant subcontractors, as the case may be, will be allowed a reasonable time to make the items available for inspection elsewhere). The actual detailed inspection of the Aircraft, materials and parts thereof will take place only in the presence of the respective inspection department personnel of the Seller, its Affiliates or relevant subcontractors. The procedures for such inspections will be agreed on with the Buyer before any inspection. The Seller will ensure that such personnel will be available at all reasonable times during business hours as described above.
6.2.2 All inspections, examinations and discussions with the Seller’s or its subcontractors’ engineering or other personnel by the Buyer and its representatives will be performed in such a manner as not to delay or hinder either the work to be carried out on the Aircraft or the proper performance of this Agreement. In no event will the Buyer or its representatives be permitted to inspect any aircraft other than the Aircraft. **
Inspection Procedures. The County and the Service Provider shall adhere to the following conditions to ensure coordination of the Service Provider’s inspections identified as part of the Program.
a) The Service Provider will determine if a valid permit is held by the owner of the occupancy requiring a permit. If a valid permit is not held, the Service Provider shall inform the owner of the occupancy that a Permit Application Form must be completed and filed with the Service Provider.
b) If the owner of the occupancy denies the Service Provider the right of entry, the Service Provider will forward the occupancy name, address, date of the denied entry and a brief written narrative of the circumstances to the County Fire Marshal for further action.
c) If, after three attempts within ninety days (90) days, the Service Provider is unable to make contact with the owner of the occupancy, the Service Provider will forward the occupancy name, address and a brief written narrative of the circumstances including dates of attempts made to the County Fire Marshal, or as otherwise directed by the County, for further action.
d) The County shall promptly provide a written status report on all code enforcement matters within the Service Area upon request. The Service Provider is not obligated to perform additional inspections to any occupancy that has been forwarded to the County for code enforcement, until such time as County enforcement actions have been completed.

In no event will any of the Buyers or the representatives of any of them be permitted to inspect any aircraft other than the Aircraft. The Seller will not permit and will cause the Manufacturer not to permit, any representatives, employees, agents or personnel of any airline or customer of the Seller other than the Buyers to inspect, or to have access to the Aircraft or any designs or specifications relating thereto, without the prior written consent of the Buyers.
Inspection Procedures. The inspector shall make a thorough inspection, using accepted methods and practices, of the subject to render an opinion on the presence of, or damage from WDO's as well an conditions conducive to such WDO's. Areas Inspected shall include: structural exterior (accessible both visibly and physically to an inspector at ground level); accessible structure interior; accessible sub structural crawl space(s); garages, carports and decks which are attached to the structure. Deck inspections shall include; railings, wooden steps, and accessible wooden surface materials, as well as deck substructures which are accessible (those with at least a 5 foot soil to joist clearance, or elevated decks which can be suitably reached using a 6 foot step ladder). Wood Destroying Organisms shall include: subterranean termites; dampwood termites; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ants; moisture ants; wood boring beetles of the family Anobiidae; and wood decay fungus (rot). The inspector will not assume any responsibility for WDO's that were not detected during their dormant season. When evidence of moisture ants, dampwood termites, wood infesting anobiids, or wood decay fungi is detected during a Complete WDO Inspection, the inspector must identify and report the condition(s) conducive to such infestations. It must be stated in the report that such infestations may be eliminated by removal of all infested wood and correction of any contributing conducive conditions. Conducive Conditions, as determined by the inspector, shall include, but not be limited to: inadequate clearance; earth to wood contact; conducive debris in the crawl space; inadequate ventilation; excessive moisture; vegetation contact with the structure; bare ground in the crawl space; existing or seasonal standing water in the crawl space; failed caulking or grout in water splash areas; and/or non-functioning gutter systems.
Inspection Procedures.
