Installation and Commissioning Services. The Goods shall be installed and commissioned at the relevant Premises and Locations by the Supplier as set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document or as otherwise agreed by the Authority in writing. The Supplier shall provide the Installation and Commissioning Services: promptly and in any event within any time limits as may be set out in this Contract; in accordance with all other provisions of this Contract; using reasonable skill and care; in accordance with any quality assurance standards as set out in the Contract; in accordance with the Law and with Guidance; in accordance with Good Industry Practice; in accordance with the original manufacture’s guidelines and recommendations relating to the Goods being installed and commissioned; in accordance with the Policies; in a professional and courteous manner; and using appropriately skilled, trained and experienced Staff. The Supplier will promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazard which arises, or the Supplier is aware may arise, in connection with the Installation and Commissioning Services and take such steps as are reasonably necessary to ensure the health and safety of persons likely to be affected by such hazards.
