Installation and Commissioning. 9.1 Customer shall perform all installation, commissioning and software loading services with respect to the FWA Products, using skilled personnel and in accordance with the Nortel Procedures, with the exception of REM software upgrades, which shall be installed by Nortel Networks pursuant to the FWA TAS Agreement.
