Installation Assistance. HP will provide Installation Assistance. "Installation Assistance" will include support and skilled instruction to Customers regarding the use and installation of the Programs, including but not limited to, telephone and email support, and working with the Programs to verify proper equipment and network configuration for the hardware and software to be ordered, installed and set up prior to installation of the Programs.
