Installation Date. The installation Date of each Item of Equipment shall be the earlier to occur of the following: (i) the date determined by Manufacturer or Maintenance Organization to be the date of installation; or (ii) unless Lessor and Lessee agree otherwise, the third day following delivery of such Item of Equipment to the Equipment Location.
