Installation, Inspection, and Maintenance. The CM/GC is responsible for installation and maintenance of the BMPs as a part of its scope of Work. The Design Professional is responsible for and shall obtain the services of a qualified testing laboratory to inspect the BMPs in accordance with the permits, the costs of such inspections to be borne by the Owner.
