Installation of New Equipment. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, to the extent new SCADA and associated communications equipment is to be installed, the Party owning the affected substation shall install or facilitate installation of SCADA and associated communications equipment at its own cost as soon as practicable, provided that such installation shall be accomplished within a time period of no more than one hundred eighty (180) days following notice by the requesting Party to the other Party of the planned installation or, if such installation is being made in conjunction with the installation of new Interconnection Points, prior to installation of any such Interconnection Points.
Installation of New Equipment. By Board In the event that at any time the Company desires to install in the Project additional machinery and equipment the Board will, on request of the Company and upon being furnished by the Company with the necessary funds, purchase and install in the Project such additional machinery and equipment, which shall then become and constitute a part of the Project, subject to the lease hereof.

Thereafter, the parties will meet at the request of either party to negotiate concerning said changes in wages, hours, or other terms and conditions of employment. If there is no agreement between the parties within sixty (60) days of the installation of new equipment, the matter may be referred to arbitration as provided in Article VI, Step 5. The Employer will be responsible for providing training for affected Bargaining Unit employees when the Employer installs new equipment for which additional training is required. If said training is unsuccessful, the Employer will place the affected employee in another position within the bargaining Unit within that Employer at an equal, if available, or lower-rated classification and will pay the affected employee the wage rate of the classification where placed.
Installation of New Equipment. 2.5.1 The Service Provider is responsible for installing all new equipment procured through the procedures laid out in this SLA onto the school networks.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.
