Common use of Installation Service Level Clause in Contracts

Installation Service Level. Level 3 will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to install any (3)LinkSM Private Line Service on or before the Customer Commit Date specified for the particular (3)LinkSM Private Line Service. This Installation Service Level shall not apply to Customer Orders that contain incorrect information supplied by Customer, Customer Orders that are altered at Customer's request after submission and acceptance by Level 3.
