Common use of Installation Site Clause in Contracts

Installation Site. At the time of delivery and during the period Vendor is responsible for maintenance of the equipment, the equipment installation site must conform to Vendor’s published space, electrical and environmental requirements; and the Customer agrees to provide, at no charge, reasonable access to the equipment and to a telephone for local or toll free calls.
