Common use of Instant Issue Card Clause in Contracts

Instant Issue Card. You first obtained a Card in person at a location where you may load value on the Card, You received an instant issue card at that location. You may use your card to purchase goods and services everywhere Visa cards are accepted, subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may register your Instant Issue Card and upon successful completion of card registration and identity verification, obtain additional card functionality. With a verified/personalized card, you can reload funds, withdraw cash at ATM’s and set up additional features, such as direct deposit. Please see the Fee Schedule below for more information.
