Common use of Instant Issue Card Clause in Contracts

Instant Issue Card. If you first obtained a Card in person at a retail location and the Card was not embossed with your name on it, you received an Instant Issue Card. You will receive a Personalized Card automatically in the mail after the third load of your Instant Issue Card. Upon activation of your Personalized Card, your Instant Issue Card will be disabled and any unused Balance will transfer to the Personalized Card. Please destroy your Instant Issue Card after you have successfully activated your Personalized Card. Note: We may refuse, at our option, to issue or allow activation of a Personalized Card for any reason, including but not limited to situations where the Instant Issue Card has been reported lost or stolen or we suspect possible fraudulent activity on your Card. Activating Your Card. You must activate your Card before it can be used. You may activate your Card by calling the telephone number on the back of your Card or by logging into your online account (see section above entitled “How to Contact Us”). Your Card may not be immediately available for use after activation if we have not verified your identify or you have not loaded any funds.
