Common use of Instant Transfers Clause in Contracts

Instant Transfers. We are not responsible for the performance, speed, or other acts or omissions of the Payment Networks or other financial institutions that may be involved in the transmission of a transfer. We shall not be obligated to comply with the Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) Rules in such recovery efforts or otherwise in connection with Instant Transfers unless the applicable transaction is transmitted through the ACH network. We are only responsible for delivery of the applicable Transfer Instructions to the applicable Payment Network in the format required by the applicable Payment Network’s specifications.
