Common use of Instant Transfers Clause in Contracts

Instant Transfers. Subject to Section 8.g., Instant Transfers generally are processed within minutes of your request, but could take up to 30 minutes or longer in some cases. The financial institution that holds the external bank account may take additional time to deposit the funds from an Instant Transfer. We cannot guarantee the timely delivery or return of funds as a result of a failure of another financial institution to act in a timely manner. In addition, we may delay or suspend the processing of an Instant Transfer for security and fraud purposes and as otherwise specified in this agreement. You agree that you will have sufficient available money in your account to cover the amount of any Instant Transfer that you request, plus any applicable fees. If you do not, we may reject the Instant Transfer. We will remove the money that you have designated to be transferred from your Debit Card and any applicable fees when you submit the Instant Transfer request to us.
