Instructional Day and Year Sample Clauses

The "Instructional Day and Year" clause defines the minimum number of days and hours that must be dedicated to instruction within an academic year. It typically outlines the required length of the school year, specifying how many days students must attend and how many hours constitute a full instructional day. For example, it may state that a school year must include at least 180 instructional days, with each day comprising a set number of instructional hours. This clause ensures that educational institutions meet statutory requirements for instructional time, promoting consistency and adequacy in student learning opportunities.
