Non-Instructional Days Clause Samples
The Non-Instructional Days clause defines specific days during which no teaching or educational activities are scheduled. Typically, these days include holidays, staff development days, or breaks such as winter or spring recess, and they are outlined in the academic calendar provided to students and staff. By clearly identifying these periods, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of when classes will not be held, helping to prevent misunderstandings and allowing for effective planning of both academic and personal activities.
