Non-Instructional Days. 1. All of the available non-instructional days as provided in the School Calendar and authorized by the Employer shall be used for Teacher Professional Development activities. 2. A minimum of three (3) non-instructional days shall be used for activities determined at the school level by the school Staff and jointly approved by the School staff and Administrative Officer(s). 3. Such activities may include: program development, staff development, school planning and individual in-service. One day may be used for parent-teacher interviews. 4. A maximum of two (2) non-instructional days may be used for other activities such as district-wide in-service days and conventions.
