Non-Instructional Days. 1F.21.1. A The Board and the Union agree that non-instructional days shall be utilized as follows:
a. i. a minimum of half of any four (4) non-instructional days shall be used for Teacher Professional Development teacher professional development activities as determined by the Professional Development Committee and/or school staff(s)principal and staff, the time of which is to be determined by the Board.
