Common use of Instructional Framework Clause in Contracts

Instructional Framework. The parties have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and approved by OSPI. The instructional framework is included the appendix section of this agreement. Upon mutual agreement the parties may select a different OSPI- approved instructional framework.
