Common use of Instructional Program Clause in Contracts

Instructional Program. a. District shall arrange for and provide Study Abroad Programs within the scope of this Agreement, including but not limited to appropriate course announcements, course descriptions and regist ration prerequisites, student selection and registration, pre- Program student orientation, le ctures, student supervision, Program instruction, Program instructors, Program presenters, Program guides, and post-Program evaluation. b. District shall provide qualified instructional s taff and Service Provider shall reimburse District for the cost of Dist rict instructional staff for non-FTE generating programs. Service Provider must pay District, no later than twenty days prior to departure, the projected instructors’ salary for non-FTE generating programs or the program shall be immediately cancelled. District shall reimburse Service Provider excess amounts, if any, paid above salary costs for instructors.
