Common use of Instructional Training Clause in Contracts

Instructional Training. The parties acknowledge that an Apprentice will be required to attend instructional training as provided for by the Ministry of Education and Training to complete required modules. Should such training time conflict with the Apprentice's scheduled hours of work, the Apprentice will be placed on a leave of absence without pay during this period of time. (NOTE: Evening courses may be offered which would not conflict with scheduled hours of work.)
